If you are getting ready to schedule a consultation/tasting for your Wedding Cake, here are some things to think about...... Look at pictures of cakes and designs that you like, anything that you bring with you to the consultation is helpful for the cake designer, but this will also give you some direction because it can be overwhelming trying to decide on how you want your cake to look! CAKE & FILLING FLAVORS!!!! think about having a variety for your guests.....that is a cool thing with wedding cakes! If you are having a multi-tiered cake, think about having each tier being a different flavor/filling combo! Your cake designer/bakery should give you a list of options and be open to special flavor requests from you! Remember.....this is YOUR day and you should get what YOU want!!
